  • Osaka has been a long standing Japanese Restaurant in the valley...I can only say it was Ok for me. It's been many years since my last visit to Osaka Japanese Bistro on Sahara, but on this windy night, I came here with my girl friend in preparation for her upcoming trip to Osaka, Japan, as she wanted to try Okonomi Yaki. Also we ordered - Tako Wasabi - Chirashi - Tokujo Nigiri: 12 pcs of nigiri Chef's choice My favorite was Tako Wasabi...fresh and crunchy. The Chirashi had so much rice in the bowl, but was also packed with fresh cuts of fish which we enjoyed...unlike the nigiri, that seemed to all be dry and bland. Service was excellent...they never stop filling our cups with hot tea and water. Unfortunately for Osaka Japanese Bistro, Vegas has so much competition for sushi lovers, and Osaka stands as just average for me. -2017 review #30-
