  • TERRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Left my daughters car this way (pictures). The weather seal was installed improperly. She advised the installer, Tito Guillermo, but he told her it was fine. She told him it was going to leak air or water. Tito said it was fine and if it did leak to call the office and they would send someone to fix it. She asked him to please fix it now and Tito told her that it's fine that he would 100% guarantee it from not leaking and that he was late for his next appointment. When I got home from work I saw what he did and I immediately called their office and asked to speak with the manager. I was hung up on twice and on the third call the receptionist said the manager stepped out and she took my information and told me that they would call me back, never did, eight days later and the same amount of days calling, I finally got to speak to a manager and she told me they would send someone out to fix it. We'll see. Well they came out to fix the problem. YA RIGHT! They still did a bad job! I wasn't able to be there during repair because I was working but was assured that Freedom's top installer was going to take care of the problem by the manager herself. Well..... Rubber on window trim is now folded underneath trim and the bottom fasteners of the plastic piece at bottom of windshield are now missing (Pictures) and it rattles as you drive down the street! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
