  • If I could give a less than one I would. We moved in a year ago and had problems with our upstairs neighbors dog's poop being swept onto our balcony. We were told that he would be moving out in a month and there was nothing they could do. Our hallway constantly stank of pot for several months and nothing was done. Security is lax and people can come and go as they please because they doors do not secure properly. My husband's motorcycle was stolen out of the GATED garage and nothing was done by the company. They lost my rental agreement. The pool is closed for repairs often and with no thought given to residents preferences and the hot tub is rarely actually hot. They refuse to put up security camera and instead blow money on replacing the pansies (flowers) in front. A plastic tree was lit on fire in our hallway and people pee in the elevator on a regular basis. We are on the third floor and having to deal with roaches and other weird insects (we are very clean people due to allergies). They have some very unprofessional staff. They have recently begun to rent out to sketchy people. All in all our experience there was awful. I recommend this place to no one and suggest looking elsewhere for a decent place to live. Do not rent from the lamar company.
