  • an update for this miserable place that is void of any business ethics and missing every ounce of customer service. Do not shop here, tell anyone that wants to, to save themselves the trouble. I have had nothing but problems from this store, and its just this store. The store in Virginia where I moved is phenomenal, but this stain on Americas underwear should lose as much money as possible and the manager here should be forced to repay her salary for being as useless as her stupid lazy staff. I spent 10,000 at this location to purchase furniture and warranties for the furniture. I contacted the local store here and was told to call this store to verify my warranty. The warranty manager Linda took my information and instructed me to take photographs of the bed frame that split in half. I sent this email four weeks ago today and have made twenty attempts to contact them. They do not respond and they do not have a shred of customer service. If I had a way to sue this store I would. There is not a rating low enough that would show how useless and crap this store is.
