  • My mother lives here. Two of my moms friends live here,and I know my moms neighbor. All four people have apartments that ceiling leaks in. There are other issues but landlord refuses to fix anything. He is rarely here. Property is in disrepair. I have heard about people's walls caving in from rain damage. Others have had ceiling come down on them. Even the workers he hired to do minimal cheap labor call him a slumlord!! We are currently looking for another place for my mom to move to. In the meantime I have filed a complaint with code enforcement. I believe the rent is cheap so he gets people who can't afford to move or to complain. He also deliberately doesn't give accurate move in info so as to force you to wait till the last minute to either accept apartment as is without giving u the chance to see it ahead of time,or go elsewhere. He knows if you see it ahead of time you will see everything he didn't bother to fix or clean. There is no maintenance man on property or off. It's just him.
