There is not much more I can add to the frustrations people have already posted here.
The sad part is cox does not care. It's all about money, money and money to them.
Personally, I like the product. The company and it's people are worthless. My guess is its lack of training.
It's time to move on. Good bye cox. After nearly 21 years, you win. I quit. I'm not fighting you anymore.
