  • we'll never use this company again. we had a terrible experience with them. the outside paint job started to peel and crack long before the '3 year guarantee' was up . they failed to do a number of items in the written contract, among them forgetting to paint the porch though it was clearly specified in their written contract. then the owner fought with me and used quite foul language when i subtracted the porch painting they had not done from the final bill to be paid. all in all, this was a most unpleasant company to deal with, and the work was shabby . ( you can look them up in the court records at the allegheny county prothonotary office for free. you'll see they were sued by a number of home owners when they ran under the name 'bill kraft' and 'kraft painting'. so they changed their name to 'pittsburgh painting...' if i had known that i certainly would never have contracted wth them. buyer beware. )
