  • All about customer service! The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful when I asked what could be done with the bee hive. ( They were in my block wall in the back yard) He said Kevin would be here within an hour, which only took about 30 minutes. Kevin was professional and killed the queen and the others. He told me what I needed to watch for in the future. I have never had a problem with bees so I was clueless on what needed to be done. This company and the employees were above and beyond what I expected. I had called another company to get a quote which was the same price but were a bit short over the phone. Even if ASAP Bee Removal was $50 more, I would have still chosen them because of their awesome customer service. Good job, and kudos to know how to run a business! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
