  • I had by far the worst experience I have every had at this salon. The environment is trendy and clean, so I expected the caliber of the stylists to match. I asked for a simple cut and color. I have long hair so I wanted my front angles and back layers to be freed of their dead ends. I had finally achieved the perfect shade of auburn, so I was merely looking for a root touch-up and a few highlights to add a bit more of a pop. Not only did the angles come out blunted and choppy instead of smooth, the highlights came out streaky and didn't even start at the root! I had to go back a second time to have the highlights toned down. In efforts to correct, she only dyed the front hair surrounding my face, just enough to cover the highlights, but didn't match the color to the auburn I had previously and throughout the rest of my hair. I specifically said I like a more copper-red instead of a violet-red. Instead, I've been left with multiples colors and shades of purple throughout. With my birthday around the corner, a girl wants to look her best and not like a circus clown. I had to go for a second opinion elsewhere and was told that in order to correct her mess, I'd have to bleach my hair! Since I'd rather not, I'll be spending the next few months trying to scrub this god awful color out of my hair.
