  • The staff are not friendly or helpful by any means. I asked an associate for assistance on a product and he quickly resorted to it must've been discontinued. Ok, realistically you did not look and you assumed. I mentioned that it displayed 10 in stock on the website, which was updated less than an hour ago. After mentioning this to him, he asked if I could pull up the item number, he wrote it down and disappeared. I continued to scan the aisle. BINGO! I found it myself, mind I had to tip-toe to teach it but I found it. Thanks Canadian Tore associate but you were not helpful. Any rate, still made my purchase and left. The cashier was really friendly. Hence the two star!
