  • Returned from vacation to find that a rodent(s) took up residence in our attic. Contacted Evan, our Tech, who promptly responded and, despite the mid-summer heat in our attic crawl space, treated the area and provided bait traps. Importantly, Evan followed up with another trip to be sure that the pest(s) were gone and advised us re steps to take to prevent a re-occurrence. Great job Evan and THANKS!
