  • I made a reservation months in advance and thought this company is very professional. The night before my move I received confirmation of time and locations. The morning of my move only 1 mover showed up. I called the company got no answer. I called the young man....again no answer. Over an hour into my move with only 1 guy Bellhops calls to say they are sorry and would send someone else out. Every half hour I would get another call saying they can't find anyone. My 4th hour goes by and time is up. My only mover has to leave. The move started at 9am. Bellhops said they would get a 3rd party company to help me but it wouldn't be until 5-6pm. I only reserved my uhual for the time slot of the movers they closed at 7pm and thank goodness I was able to keep it until 7pm. Cost me extra time, extra money, extra gas, extra mileage. No 3rd party was used because the time kept getting pushed back and back. I went from a 4hour move to a 10 hour move and only had help for 3 of those hours. I am not happy with this company at all.
