  • Dr. Pritchard is absolutely amazing. She delivered my daughter and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. I had some complications and she talked me through every step of the way and explained things to me. Her alone, I give 5 start to. However, the billing at this office is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Extremely money hungry, they don't accommodate their patients with REASONABLE payment options, if everything isn't paid by the time you give birth, instead of working out a payment plan, they send you straight to collections. They harass you for payment every time you come in, regardless if you are able to make a payment or not. The office manager is the least professional of them all. She doesn't care about the patients needs or concerns, her main and only concern is money, money, money. After my 6 month appointment, I will never step foot back in this office again. Such a shame because their providers are awesome! Billing and office manager are beyond unprofessional and money hungry.
