  • This started out as a positive experience. I had an appointment for X-rays, was seen in a timely manner and all employees I encountered were friendly! Now, I had my X-rays taken March 10. It is now March 20 and my doctor still has not received them from AZ tech. I am in excruciating pain, desperately waiting the results. I call you every day to try to figure it out and I'm struggling to maintain composure. AZ tech insists they've sent them. They have not. Every time I call the woman on the phone gets increasingly more angry towards me. I'm sorry I've done nothing except try to get my medical problem resolved.
