  • I've been to other Menchie's and LOVED it. The staff at this one is unhelpful and unwilling or unable to correct their errors. (They told me I could carry over a credit and then two days later said, oops, guess we were wrong.) The place isn't as clean as I expected from my other Menchie's experiences and the flavor combinations are really strange. I would overall recommend Menchie's but maybe not this one. Hopefully the franchisee can get his/her act together because it is a great brand! Good luck!
