  • If you need a A/C company, this is the one you should go with. We had several issues with our A/C, unfortunately! In July unknown to us, our condenser pan in our attic had a crack and was leaking. We noticed when the ceiling literally started falling. We were put in touch with another company who came out and gave us a price quote and told us they would need to order the part. We still haven't heard back from them, but that's another review. Anyway, our upstairs A/C completely goes out and a friend told us to call ET&M. They were able to come out the next day, found the problem with our compressor in 5 minutes and even had the part on the truck to fix it right then. We explained the issue in the attic that we had. Matt went up, took a look. Gave us an estimate and said he could get the part. Within a week, they had the part and made the repair! They were awesome. I appreciate how fast and quickly this job was taken care of! I will be keeping their number in my phone for any future issues!
