When I pulled my car into the service department, the guy took a while to come up to my car but before he did that I noticed he shoved food in his mouth. He proceeded to try to help me with his mouth full. Then he takes my keys, info and takes me to the desk. The guy on the desk on the front desk is busy on the phone doesn't acknowledge me until he's doing serving the other person on the phone. Once he hangs up he then tells me he has to make another call before he can help me. I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. Which I can understand because they were busy and I was a walk in. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was because I was offered a good deal on my oil changes 3 for 50 dollars. But this dealership was very mediocre. Not great customer service.
