  • The worst management company I've ever dealt with. You can never get ahold of anyone. Everything breaks constantly and when it does even if it's an emergency good luck getting someone to come help. Spent 4 hours trying to get ahold of the maintenance or the office cause my bathroom was flooded up to my knees and the guy below me was getting mad water was leaking through his ceiling. Knocked on the office door and called repeatedly to no avail. Then I see the property manager through the window.....just sitting there! Ignoring my calls and knocks. This management company is a joke. Even the main office in San Diego is a joke you can't get ahold of anyone who can help up there either. They don't give a s*** about you. But you can bet if your late on your rent by a day that 5 day is on your door faster than a Ferrari
