  • Was referred to this company thru a FB group page when I asked about shutters. I sent a message here on yelp and Ben called me back and set up an appointment for 10 am this morning (Tuesday, March 27). Here it is now almost 11 and still no one has appeared. I'm not sure if this is an indication as to the service they provide and I hope that everything is ok but I am just a bit frustrated that I haven't received a phone call stating that he is late, lost or just not coming. Well, guess I will move on to the next recommendation that I was provided. Not a good first impression. Well after posting here on Yelp, I got a text from Ben indicating he had a family emergency. Sometimes things are beyond our control, I get that, but I wonder if he would have contacted me if I hadn't posted anything. I changed the two stars to three and wish him well. I don't want to effect anyone's livelihood. Ended up going with one of the vendors who showed up on time and kept the scheduled appointment.
