I'm not one to write a bad review unless it's really that bad. This is my second time here and it's as disappointing as the first time. The first time I was here I found a piece of plastic in my ice cream. The manager came to laugh it off and still made me pay full price, despite the fact that I didn't finish the thing in fear of finding another unwanted piece of debris. Today I am here, brought 5 of my friends for the view, and start to finish had terrible service. The bartenders were irritated from the beginning. I realize we're not the swankiest of patrons but we're still paying $12 for a drink so what's the difference? We were waiting for a table to sit at that was dirty. A few minutes passed by and still no one had come to clean the table. We sat ourselves at 2 clean tables and pushed them together. The manager, whom I've spoken to before and I already thought she did a mediocre job, told us we'd have to move because we couldn't push tables together. I asked her if we should bus the tables ourselves and her response was that there were people on break. Then bus the table yourself! You're the manager, aren't you? They moved us to our table and finally sent a server over. She took our order and I ordered a wine. I never got it. Our food came out before I could even ask her about it. We had no napkins, silverware, condiments etc... We had a spill and had nothing to clean it up with. After everything she asked me what wine I was drinking. I passed. We spoke to the female manager and she put the blame on us. Owners, if you think you have capable hands running your business, you're mistaken. It's bad enough that the games are slow. You really can't afford to lose any more business.
