| - Westjet, what can I say.. I flew Westjet on November 18, 2011 to Vancouver. Upon arriving at the airport, I did the express check in and was through in less then 10 minutes. However the flight was delayed to depart, nothing Westjet could do to fix it. Once on the plane the service was TOP NOTCH, better then SCARE CANADA (Air Canada)
However on my way back from Vancouver, I must say the staff at the check in gate were great, but the lady who checks your boarding pass was not friendly at all. I had thought that all the pre-boarding was done so I proceeded to the counter only to be asked if I need extra time to board. I am like no, her reply was you need to go to the back of the line. When I asked her about the four ppl ahead of me that also looked like they did not need extra time to board, she just told me to go to the back of the line.
My luggage was damaged and a lock broken, when called westjet to complain about this and the customer service I had received in Vancouver, she was very apologetic about the luggage, but said that maybe the four ppl in front of me were employees of Westjet... Since when should staff be able to board before paying customers? In the end I had yet another great experience with Westjet and look forward to flying the skies with them again.............
