| - I have seen two different practioners at this office, and they are wonderful.
The problem is lack of competent staff. I have been a patient here for a few years and I am never returning again.
I was written a prescription, and my insurance required a prior authorization from this office. My pharmacy and I called daily for a month. I left one message everyday and would never get a response. When I did actually get hold of a human, they transferred me to an answering machine. FINALLY, after a month, I got a response and my prescription.
Then... I need a refill, so I call and they fax one to my pharmacy. Apparently my pharmacy needed another approval, so they told me they called 2x a week for 3 weeks. I began calling everyday... once again talking to an answering machine. After 3 MORE weeks of calling, I finally got hold of a human who said they called my pharmacy.
I checked with my pharmacy... nobody from the office called. Once agaon, I called the office for days... to find out they sent my prescription to a pharmacy out of state!!
I am too angry to even call them or get my medication... because there is a law, and this medication cannot be transferred to my pharmacy because it is out of state!!!
I am at my wits end, calling and getting nowhere. If I were you, I would not waste my time establishing primary care with this group.
