  • Ken saved our bacon today. AC went out early last night. I left a voice mail on his number at 08:11 this morning, within 15 minutes he called me back and gave me some ideas on what the problem could be and some estimates. all under my expectations based on other estimates and info I had read. He was here within the hour, by 10:20 am all was fixed. No BS whatsoever, I was anticipating $500-1000. He totaled me out for $85! good to know there are solid, dependable, honest people still operating today.
