  • I bought the groupon for a shampoo and blowout because I am going out of town for the weekend. I was running a few minutes late for my 7 am appointment I called at 7 when they opened and informed them I was on my way but would be a few minutes late they said they would put it in my notes. When I arrived at 7:08 am the lady informed me she didn't have time to shampoo my hair even though I have short hair and would probably be quicker to style. She insisted she could only do a dry style so I accepted it because I was late even though I wish they would have told me they wouldn't have time to do my hair when I called to tell them I would be late. I also was upset because I asked how much it was to purchase the dry shampoo since she couldn't wash my hair. She rang it up and ran my card for 66 dollars ! I thought she had said 16 because they had my groupon on file. As I'm now driving out of town I look at the product she handed me and it is hair spray not shampoo so I'm quite mad I paid a ridiculous about of money for the wrong product and a style I could have done myself and no shampoo. The hair style wasn't exactly what I asked for or wanted but it looked good. The girl who did my hair was sweet and talented.
