  • It's really difficult to find a decent steak house in Phoenix. I have been frequently to their branches in Chandler, Scottsdale, etc., since I moved to Phoenix one year ago. I was once a loyal fan of Fleming's steakhouse because of the comfortable environment and nice service, until last night when I visited the restaurant at " 20753 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ". The service is incredibly bad. I guess the reason is that my friend and I ordered a sort of "cheap" combo this time, the prime rib dinner offered only on Sunday and Monday? Come on, we just wanted to try that because you had sent me a couple of emails advertising that one. At the first beginning, all are good, the girls at the reception desk are welcoming as always. You guys even know yesterday was the birthday of my friend. When we sat down, things changed when I said we wanted to try the advertised dinner. *THAT* waitress immediately showed dirty looks on her face and even took the birthday card away rudely which was kindly put on the desk. During the whole dinner, every other waiters are nice, except our waitress, yes, *THAT* lady. That ruined our day. I will never go to this restaurant any more, neither will my family and friends.
