This place is easily one of my new favorite noodle shops. Everyday Noodles gets very crowded (which can be a downside), but it is all for good reason. The food is unbelievable. The flavor is just so authentic, and every main dish is made fresh and in house. I split the cold sesame noodles, the pork soup dumplings, and the pancake cucumber beef rolls between myself and another person. It was the perfect amount of food. 10/10 recommend the pork soup dumplings - I've never had anything like it.
Uniquely, Everyday Noodles displays the noodle making process upfront so that you can see the labor behind your dish. It can get noisy, but it's definitely an experience worth trying.
