I gave this place 2 stars because I have had positive experiences there before, but the last experience I had was poor. I took my 4 year old there because he was extremely constipated and had not had a BM in over a week. My son was miserable, in pain, and had a fever. After we had tried everything we knew of to make him comfortable, I finally decided to take him there in the middle of the night instead of waiting until his doctor's office opened in the morning. We had a long wait (which I understand) but we when finally got to see the doctor, she barely said anything to us. She examined him and then left the room for a little bit without saying a word. She came back in and told me to put him on their potty. (Like I hadn't tried that all week) She directed us to the bathroom and walked away without saying anything again. After 10 minutes of my son flipping out in the restroom I took him back to the exam room. I waited there for about 20 minutes, then stepped outside to ask the Med Asst. if the doctor was going to come back. She said she wasn't sure what was going on, so we waited in the room again for about 30 minutes. I stepped outside again and the med asst. told me we could check out up front. I asked her what was going on and she again said she didn't know if the doctor was going to do anything for us. At that point we walked out. What would have changed things was if the doctor actually communicated with us. I had no clue what was going on and apparently neither did anyone else. We will never go there again; it was a waste of time. My suggestion is to either take your child to the ER or try to wait until your regular doctors office opens.
