  • I thought I would try out this privately owned business since I like to support them. Parking only consisted of 4 spots so I drove down further, parking not allowed until 3 businesses down from this place but I really wanted to give them a chance. The woman working behind the counter was angry, unfriendly and rude. The guy that was supposed to be helping her was useless and didn't speak loud enough. She told him, "you gotta speak up Jose, say, NEXT!" She really hates working there and it shows. Why would a person purposely try to frustrate their customers by telling them if they want a service they need to fill out this long form and interrupt the customer when telling them and not care that they are frustrating them? I will NEVER bring my money to this business AGAIN!!!! I will make sure to bad mouth them to everyone I know.
