Husband and I came here before the Lance Burton show, and was pleasantly surprised. This was one of the best meals we've since we moved to vegas that didn't make me cry from the price and I felt like I got a high quality meal. Not a bargain but for a strip hotel steak house was very reasonable. It might have to do with that we didn't eat steak (I wanted to cut down on my saturated fat and my husband didn't want heavy meat), but we were extremely pleased with the quality of the food we had.
We ordered:
Hot Rocks - meat was marinated perfectly and tasted good quality
Green Salad - One of the best vinaigrette dressings (citrus) on a salad I've ever had, so much that I might go back and ask them for the recipe. The portion was huge and was great to share.
Seabass with risotto - one of the best fish dishes I have ever had
Penne - lots of real shaved truffles in this, and sauced perfectly
We had originally wanted to try the doughnuts for dessert but we were way too full from the meal.
I would give this place more stars if I could, definitely a place we will revisit.
