| - Thank you House Seats for the tickets!
After being to a few different male revue shows (Thunder Down Under, Aussie Heat, Magic Mike), I would say this is quite possibly the best.
Here are my reasons why:
Dancers: Not only are they fine physical specimens to look at, they are by far the most talented dancers I've seen with a variety of skills (using props, breakdancing, acrobatic jumps, singing/rapping). It's also a quite diverse cast (not just ripped white dudes). They also take turns speaking on the mic and interacting with the audience. I would say this is also a show where you see a lot more of the men - they completely take off their underwear, whereas other shows it's more of a tease.
Show: The musical numbers and routines are by far the most modern and contemporary. Other shows have more cheesy, outdated bits. Chippendales has both a high production value and updated sets.
Seats: The seating layout is arranged in such a way that everyone gets a great view of the stage (and the men), and the men can easily walk through and interact with the audience.
If you're trying to decide which male revue show to check out, I'd definitely recommend this one! It's perfect for girls night out, birthdays, bachelorette parties, or simply a regular night.
I would definitely come again!
