rev:text	I would classify this rental company as a slum lord. My in-laws have had an awful experience with this company. When they first moved into the home it was disgusting, the floors and walls were filthy as were the closets, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. For example, there were dirty used band-aids in some of the closets and shoe prints and wet marks all over the walls. it took them months to send someone to do an incredibly light cleaning. Most of the lights were burned out and with a vaulted ceiling, they finally had someone out to change them. The person they sent out broke one of the fixtures and did not have the equipment to change all of the lights. Over a year later, they still have not come back to change those lights or fix the fixture. My in-laws have had to invest a large sum of money into fixing things around the home because this company either refuses to fix it (usually just not responding to requests) or because it is too much of a hassle to deal with them. In less than a year, the refrigerator (which is part of the contract) has broken twice. Both times it's taken a long time to get someone out to the property, the first time they were without refrigeration for over two weeks. They recently experienced the same issue, and after a week they still haven't had anyone out to look at it. It is over 110 degrees outside and they are without refrigeration or a freezer. From their experience, it seems like this company does not care about their tenants, just their revenue. If I were paying $2000/month or more for rent, I would expect better service than this. I'd recommend looking around before signing a lease with this company.
