  • My friends were in town and had heard this was a super fun place to come. When we walked in to make an appointment, the receptionist seemed less than pleased to help us. When we got there for our appointments no one helped us and we waited while staff talked amongst themselves. When we finally were helped they took our drink order which was fine. However, when you get a manicure they are supposed to trim skin around your nails, clean them, and make your nail beds and nails look nice. Neither my friends nor myself got any of that. They quickly cut and filed down our nails and that was it. When I finally got to look at my nails, they weren't even fully covered with polish it looked like they already had grown out for a few weeks. I am so disappointed and will never go back. I have high expectations for nails when I pay high prices. Not worth my money, super bummed.
