  • This place is very rude and incompetent. Went here about a month and half ago. The sales rep that helped me didn't have any knowledge about the 2017 honda CRV Touring. I had to do my own research. Then the sale rep brought the "sales manager" over. I was looking at going with the Touring CRV instead of the EX and I was negotiating prices when the "sales manager" says "just get the EX, it seems you can't afford the Touring." I couldn't believe he said that. Even the sales rep looked at me. I got mad at him and said "I can afford it, but if you stop tacking in so many packages we can get the price down." I walk away. 3 days later I went to another dealer, got the touring at a good price. They lost me in sales, and I will not even go there for maintenance. I prefer to drive farther knowing I wont be giving this place my business. Never again. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
