  • Went here for a 4th bday party. When we came in to reserve space they reserved a table for us but did not once mention that we could get a party package with a host. When we got there they wouldn't give us birthday plates or forks or cups. We had to pay for each kid separately instead of a whole group and management didn't seem to care. Everyone who worked there seemed miserable.
