  • I am writing an update because I purchased a home last year and Kumiko was my realtor. I had particular requirements I needed in a home that couldn't be met easily because of my budget but Kumiko was patient. She always sent me listings that met my criteria and went over all of the pros and cons. She didn't have to be so patient. But a year later, I finally ended up with the home of my dreams. What a process! Glad she's my realtor for life.
