So disappointing! We have eaten here two previous times and it was wonderful, so we were anxious to bring our guests who were visiting from NY here for a great meal. Virtually everything was off. The service staff appeared to be confused about who would be taking our orders, serving our drinks and bringing our food to the table. Consequently, some of the drinks that we ordered never arrived and we received our food orders in shifts! We were a table of six. Three people were served their meals first. 18 minutes later the other three orders were brought to the table. One of the fish tacos was so raw, it was more like sushi. When our guest finally tracked down a waitress and showed her the taco the waitress agreed it was nearly raw and said she would like to show it to the chef. Taking the plate along with the utensils she went to the kitchen. She returned a short time later and expressed with some exasperation the chef said "some people like it that way, but he will cook another one the way it should be". Really? Shouldn't that have been the goal the first time? A taco appeared about 10 minutes later, but now she had no silverware. Fortunately one of the other guests had a somewhat clean fork. Since we were all finished, she ate alone while we waited for her. I can't help but wonder if their is a new chef and an absent manager. What a shame.
