  • We decided to try out this place, we had never been there before. That was a mistake! If I could give a negative stars I would. We also had a coupon from the 2018 Entertainment Book Mobile App for a buy one get one entrĂ©e. It was my husband, myself, our 7 year old and our 9 month old. It was 6pm on Friday night (1/5/18) and the place was empty, besides us there was only one other table. We get seated and we are told our waitress will be here shortly, then we wait and wait and wait. The hostess comes over with water and bread because the server never came to the table. I asked about the coupon and what do they consider entree's so we knew what we should be ordering. The hostess says she has only been here a few days and has not had coupons from the Entertainment App before. She goes and asks what we believe to be our actual waitress about the coupon. The hostess comes back and says they are not accepting coupons at this time. We asked why? Its from the 2018 Entertainment App and its only the first week into 2018. She said she didn't know and she can ask the owner and we said yes please. She goes over to a man who was sitting 2 tables away from us and we are sure heard the entire conversation. They were not talking in English so we could not understand what they were saying. Mind you we still have not seen a waitress. The hostess comes back and says we are not accepting coupons at this time, we again asked why? She did not have an answer. She then says that for the inconvenience the owner would buy our pizza for us. We said then fine we would get a pizza and salad and our 7 year old was getting a kids cheese pizza. The hostess then says its the kids pizza that will be free. What??? Your meals are $20 and your going to comp a $6.50 pizza because you are choosing not to accept coupons that you placed to bring people into your business. On a Friday night your restaurant was empty and you are turning away business! We got up and left!! One would think the owner would come over and try to explain or apologize, nothing! Do not recommend this restaurant at all.
