  • This used to be our Vegas spot but after our last experience, I will be looking for a new hotel. First of all the girl at the front desk sold me on upgrading to a better room with a bathtub. Well I've stayed in a frillion hotels and have seen some magnificent tubs. So I'm thinking YES I could use a good soak! When we get to the room it's a normal ass bathtub. Not worth it at all! So now here we are ready for bed and at the expense of our strip view, DRAI's was so loud that we might as well have taken our mattress down to the club and slept there. We called the desk to get our room changed. They would not move us and promised to refund our upgrade and resort fee's (which they never did btw). The next day we had to switch rooms not once but twice because each room they gave us was busted in one way or another. So we end up on the top floor. A huge storm rolled in and I am not exaggerating when I say that it was raining in the hallway. Literally water pouring from the ceiling. My husband even found a room that used to be for an ice machine that had electrical wires and the room was completely flooded. It was DISGUSTING!!! We will never stay here again!!
