  • This place is not what it seems. It is not nice, clean, or cared for. It is however filled with rules and entitlement. It allows pets and the grounds filled with their excrement shows it! Many of the dogs are very loud and barky, and, dispite a leash rule, there are still some dangerouse dogs that run free from time to time. There is plenty of parking, but parking permits are slow to come at best. I've been waiting for one for over two years now! Cars get towed and stickered often! So use your garage for cars and not anything else! The landscaping crew that is hired here has no regaurd for anything, including personal property left outside. Garbage blowing around the complex is a normal thing. Yes there is a pool and hot tub, but I wouldn't swim in either of them on the hottest Vegas day or coolest night. And don't think for a minute that going in after posted times will bode well. There are security cameras with sound that I've been told the maintenance crew wait and watch all the videos for their pleasure. The association itself is none the better. Slow to respond to care issues and unit problems. And well the place may seem safe there have been several break ins of cars in the lot. Rent here is not worth the location or aggravation, negative stars would be more aptly suited.
