The other reviews are right in line with what I experienced today, unfortunately.
I arrived at 9:15, making sure to get my suit "in by 10" so that I could have it "back by 4." When I arrived, the attendant informed me that they were doing "in by 9, out by 4" today because of the heat (they can't run the machine after a certain time because it gets too hot?). I explained my situation to him that I needed it for an event the next day, and the attitude in his response was that he really didn't care. When I spoke to the manager on the phone (who wasn't even onsite), she informed me that "they had already done the pickup from the East Washington Ave location and wouldn't be making another." Apparently, the East Washington location is simply a satellite pickup/dropoff for University Ave.
I understand that stuff happens sometimes (machines break, heat waves occur), but I was most troubled by the response and lack of care for customers from both Klinke's employees. I hope they accomplished whatever it was they wanted to by not honoring the in by 10 guarantee...
I did write an email to their customer service address and will update my review if I get a reply.
