  • What an awesome place!!!! We made an appointment and brought our Sedona in for an oil change. I've been at other KIA dealerships that have made me wait - even when I've made the appointment. However, it wasn't the case here. Our appointment was honored, and we were told how long it was going to take, and it actually was for real. Our car was finished when it was promised to be finished. While waiting, we sat in a larger room with free Wi-fi, water, coffee, and tea with a TV. We were even offered snacks. There was ample room and enough chairs so that you didn't feel like you were all scrunched together in a small area. All the staff was very friendly. Peter, the Service Manager, went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. It's so refreshing to be in such an environment. I would recommend this particular KIA dealership. They really care about their customers, and we will continue to take our Sedona there for service!
