I want to give a better review; However I owe it to the Yelp Community to say the truth!
I flew in to Charlotte via American Airlines and the trip seemed magical. The longest part of my trip was behind me and I was excited for the rest of the adventure.
Little did I know that AA would start sending me text updates that were not accurate for my next flight. Since I was stuck there I decided to email AA and they, in return, blamed it on the weather for the flight that was bringing in the plane that I was supposed to get on. Please note that I had been moved to another gate as well as another plane.
Honestly, Whatevs. The response from the airline was vague and passive and/or vapid at most. I now know that AA will not be my go to airline for travel and/or trips to the east coast.
This is not my first trip through this airport. Four or five stars for the airport because Charlotte people are awesome but Sad Face for AA communication!
