  • Worst Service Ever!!! Ask your insurance for another Durable Medical Equipment place if they refer you here! My son needs off the shelf, Allard Toe Off braces in order to walk. It is a simple process to measure his foot and order small, medium or large. We've done it several times over the years but the provider we went to was no longer taking our insurance. This ''doctor'' was so incompetent that he didn't even measure my sons feet, just said he'd order them. He seemed totally clueless about what he was doing. Jennifer is also unbelievably rude and unprofessional. After waiting over 3 WEEKS I called to find out what in the world was taking so long and she put me on hold to go open some boxes. Then she got back on the phone and said ''oh yeah, those came in two days ago, no one opened the box'', total lackadaisical attitude. Looonnng, frustrating story, we finally get in and the braces are a very old, cheap model (not what he is currently wearing) and I ask the ''doctor'' what took so long and why are we getting these cheap braces and he has the same ''who cares'' attitude saying this is there new ordering system but never explaining why it took three times longer to get these braces and why they are wrong. Then, he was putting all the stickers in the wrong places and trying to give them to us anyway. We left and got another referral, but it's my son that suffers having to wear leg braces with duct tape while we start over again and I had to take time off work for no reason, thanks to their total incompetence.
