  • I stay in Hiltons all over the USA and even Europe and have a lot of status with them so I have a pretty good idea of how Hiltons are. This one needs a face lift and tighter management. Our room had a busted chair and a finicky AC system but overall was not bad. However the elevator had constant issues while we were there and being on the 17th floor, that made for problems. The other thing was we went to the bar twice and both times they were far under staffed and we had long waits for anything. And the drinks were real expensive. If I go back, I will probably stay at the Hampton next time which is not too far away.
