I had a scheduled appointment for Tuesday April 12,2017 at 1:00 for a one year check up on my eye surgery. On Monday morning I received a call from Schwartz telling me they had canceled my appointment because I needed a referral. My point is I had a scheduled appointment in January and had to reschedule. No available appointments until April. I specifically asked if I would need another referral. At this time I was told "no". Now one day before my scheduled appointment they advise me I need a referral and cancel my appointment without asking me first. I received two text messages the week before. One asking me to confirm my appointment and then another reminding me of my appointment. At that time could the staff not have advised me I needed another referral. I guess if I were a Team Player (Suns, Diamondbacks, Coyotes) I would have received better service. To answer the question if I rescheduled "NO". I'll just go to my family eye Dr.
