I really wish I could do no stars. Cox spends more time having outages (daily) with all of their services. When I call I just get told they are having an outage and they can't do anything. My Internet comes and goes like a yo-yo and my TV constantly says they are experiencing difficulties. I think my next payment will be in the form of a check with "experiencing difficulties" across the front of it and see how much they enjoy that. I'm tired of paying on time, usually early, but have constant outages. Time to start checking for other options for internet, tv, and phone!
