  • This is the third time I have attempted to get a haircut at Jacks BB. One time they said 45 minute wait, we are short on barbers, next time I came in for quick beard trim and wet shave sorry we don't have enough barbers today. Now today I call for 2:00 appt drive across town and the lady at the front desk - haven't ever seen someone there before - tells me I thought you said u needed a haircut on the phone, let me ask one of the barbers (only two were there with no customers. Lady lackadaisical walks over and said HE (how about my name) wants a beard trim and wet shave. Guy tells me I can do a trim but don't have time for anything else. I'm thinking a haircut would take longer! Lady at counter says as I walk out 'Next time if you could be more specific on the phone it would help' Unreal, hope Mgr sees this.
