  • Never ever order from the Tropical location they are closed! Although they have no problem taking your money. We sat and waited for our order for over an hour, then someone called and said: "We did not know if this was for delivery or pickup. Then we told them delivery. Okay. About 10 minutes later they call and say, so sorry the location you order from is closed. If you don't come to our new location and pick it up, you will not be getting your food. Oh and also we can't refund your $60. No food, no money. We have followed Mark Rich from all his restaurants and the food is awesome, but this crummy service without an apology is unforgivable. Happy birthday to me. Thanks a lot for nothing.
