  • DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! They promote on the radio that they will give you an appraisal on your home so I submitted my info like an idiot. They didn't appraise it. They replied with an offer for $33k less than a home that sold down the street from mine which didn't have any upgrades. Classic bait and switch. I guess they don't do research like they promote. Maybe they should look at Redfin's website for estimates and research. I wouldn't trust them and I would NEVER sell one of my homes to them. You're better off working with a realtor that can at least walk through your property. The fees they charge aren't less.
