  • Henderson Mercedes,Parts manager was rude and not customer aligned or accomodating.I ordered an electronic air bag assembly and it wasn't compatible with the car it was ordered for .I requested a refund and The parts manager argued and stated The item was used or attempted to be inststalled. THE ITEM DID NOT FIT THE CAR .So we returned the part back to the Dealer T he parts Manager kept the part and WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND EVEN THOUGH HE KEPT THE Physical RETURNED PART..Be warned they could try to rip you off too..Parts manager might not still work there but he was a Dick..BTW..I ultimately prevailed and got my Credit card Credited.I wasn't going to let a Jerk off parts manager play with A Highly Successful Business Man with 9 Classic Mercedes Benzes like me.I always Win.Regards Bernard N
